How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on the speed setting. On the full-sleeve jacket, the 5,000mAh battery lasts up to 8 hours on low speed, 5 hours on medium, and 3 hours on high. The short-sleeve jacket's 4,000mAh battery lasts up to 6 hours on low speed.
Can the jacket be washed?
Yes. The fan units and battery must be removed before washing. The garment itself can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C. Allow to air dry fully before reinstalling the fans and battery.
What sizes are available?
BreezeWear jackets are available in sizes S through 3XL. We provide a detailed sizing chart with measurements for chest, waist, and sleeve length to help you order the right fit for your team.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is
50 units. This can be split across sizes and colours. For larger orders (250+ units), volume pricing tiers apply.

Do you ship across the UAE?
Yes, we ship to all Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery typically takes 7–14 days from order confirmation.
Can we add our company logo?
Yes, custom branding is available for orders of 100+ units. We offer logo embroidery and screen printing on the chest, sleeve, or back panel. Corporate colour matching is also available for large orders.
Is the jacket compatible with existing PPE?
Yes. BreezeWear jackets are designed to be worn under or over standard PPE including safety helmets, reflective vests, and harnesses. The fans are positioned at the lower back to avoid interference with other equipment.
How loud are the fans?
The fans operate at approximately 25–40 dB depending on the speed setting — roughly equivalent to a quiet conversation or light rainfall. They are not distracting in normal working environments.
What is the warranty period?
All BreezeWear products come with a 12-month warranty covering the fan motors and battery. The garment fabric is covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
Do you offer samples before bulk orders?
Yes, sample units are available for evaluation. Sample pricing is higher per unit than bulk pricing but
counts toward your total order if you proceed.

What is the typical delivery time for bulk orders?
Standard lead time is 7–14 days from order confirmation and deposit. Large orders (500+ units) or custom branding may extend this to 3–4 weeks. We provide a delivery schedule with your quotation.
Are the batteries safe for air freight?
Yes. Our lithium-ion batteries are UN38.3 certified for air and sea freight. They include built-in overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit protection. This makes them suitable for export as well as domestic UAE shipping.
Can the jacket be worn in the rain?
The garment fabric offers light water resistance for brief exposure, but the fan units and battery should be protected from heavy rain. We recommend removing the battery and covering the fan intake areas during wet conditions.
Do you offer short-sleeve versions?
Yes. Our
short-sleeve cooling jacket is designed for high-mobility roles such as delivery riders, traffic control, and warehouse staff. It is 60g lighter than the full-sleeve version and offers the same core cooling technology.
